Shipping policy

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Canberra, ACT, via Australia Post.

All orders placed Monday-Friday morning will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed on Friday afternoon-Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.

Please note, our dispatch team does not operate on public holidays and weekends. Please be aware, there may be a dispatch delay (2-3 days) during high volume and promotional periods.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

VACAY KIT + CURATE-MI KIT: Complimentary express shipping Australia wide on all full kits (1-4 business days), via Australia Post.

FLATE RATE SHIPPING:

Australia Post Standard (2-8 business days) $10

FREE SHIPPING:
Complimentary Standard Shipping (2-8 business days) on orders over $160
Complimentary Express Shipping (1-4 business days) on orders over $177

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is currently only available to customers based in New Zealand. We offer a flat standard shipping rate of AUD$15 via Australia Post or express flat rate of AUD$10 for orders over $177 (2-5 business days). 

Other international destinations will be added to our shipping profile in the near future.
